9 Lessons I learned from the book “BINOD CHADHAURY”
Before starting, the autobiography covers Chaudhary’s life from a student at a government school in Gana Bahal, playing and growing in the streets of Khichapokhari, running a discotheque, pursuing a hobby as a singer and a filmmaker, leading the Nepali business community, expanding beyond Nepal and reaching a place where any other Nepali is yet to reach.
The 9 important lessons from Nepal’s 1st and only Billionaire
1. DREAM BIG DREAMS
Dreaming Big won’t let you sleep until you achieve it, but the benefits of dreaming big are you will live your life to the fullest while you are working on it. Discontentment is the seed of change; when you dream and play big you will encounter so much discontentment that leads you to a different level where the average person can’t reach.
2. NETWORKING
Every person you meet knows something that you don’t. Always look for the people who are one step ahead of you; Be always a student, learn from everyone, do not hesitate to ask. If you want to learn anything from anyone then go and communicate with that person to invite them for a coffee, ask great Questions be in touch with them.
3. STAY UPDATED
The world is changing every minute every second, always keep tracking everything, your previous ideas or information could be obsolete, never rely on old ideas learn every day it will give you confidence and confidence is the key to a pleasing personality.
4. DON’T GIVE UP
You are going to lose so many close friends and love ones. don’t let that be your excuse. success requires sacrifice and you have to have the guts to walk alone.
5. BE A MASTER OF THE MARKET
You get paid for bringing value to the market place, never neglect what’s going on at the market place. You should know everything about what you are doing and going to do hence keep your eyes on the customer needs and the value that the market’s wants.
6. LEARN TO NEGOTIATE
Negotiation is one of the most important parts of a business and daily life. You have to learn how to ask and give in the business if you don’t know how to negotiate then your business prospects won’t have the confidence in you.
7. SET NEW GOALS
Don’t live a comfortable life when you reached your goal, set for another one, the celebration is a different story. always set for a higher goal because the journey is where you live not the destination.
8. FOCUS ON WHAT CAN GO WRONG
Think about the negative side of what you are going to do, positive is the side that you’re with the deal. we should not only focus on what has been said but what has not been saying is too important.
9. NOTHING SUCCEED LIKE SUCCESS
Only your experience can explain this to yourself.
